Air/Port 2013 is an art exhibition and charity auction by BWI/DAA that is taking place in Essaouira, Morocco from July 5- September 5, 2013 and in Antwerp, Belgium in the summer of 2014, uniting local and international artists and art students who are proud of their beautiful city.

the first art galleri in Essaouira in 1988.
It is situated in Avenue Oqba Ibn Nafiaa.

Carved sandstones, islamic design in architecture
and decoration is mixed with colonial or African
styles. Traditional woodworks, carpets or ceramics has its unique
charm. A meltingpot of cultures has created the characteristics
in art and expression. Essaouira has many well known painters
and artists. The natural surroundings
of the city is beautiful with its special light and Essaouira
is very photogenic.
Africa's largest mural painting in Essaouira. This mural is painted on the floor of Moulay Hassan Square covering 6,400 square meters. It was created by Italian street artist Giacomo Bufarini, otherwise known as RUN.
The title of the sixth edition of the Marrakech Biennale is Not New Now, and its aim is “to build bridges between cultures through the arts”. Its street-art programme, curated by Attollo Art, features site-specific commissions including this art in Essaouira.
